"We first used Dave Muller Construction to do odd jobs at our house on Eaglewood Drive.  When we decided to move into a new home, we knew it would need major renovations.  Dave did all of the woodwork and handled all of the subcontractors for this large remodeling project.  We totally gutted the inside, installed new windows, and put an addition on the back of the house – including excavating a basement under the addition and attaching it to the current foundation, about 750 square feet total!

Hardwood floors were added to the existing dining room, kitchen, front hall, and den — all done by Dave.  From the outside of the house, the addition looks like it was always there.  Our neighbors were also grateful for the courtesy given by Dave and his crew here in Ottawa Hills, not intruding on their routines and working quietly.  We also added a 500 square foot covered front porch, truly the talk of the neighborhood.

We love our new home.  Guests have commented on how the old house is so well incorporated into the new house.  It's been 10 years now since our renovation and we are still happy with the workmanship provided by Dave and his crew."
